Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Burntune Courses

Every user or student required to deposit the particular amount or fees for any course being offered by the Burntune and full payment to be made before being enrolled to the first session of the selected course.

We reserve the right to increase the fee for any course at any time as deemed fit by us.

As far as refunds are concerned, we want our users and students to be satisfied and our every course or programme is eligible for refund and below are our inclusive terms which governs our refund policy :

  • How to apply for refund - Refund applications must be mailed to our official email id info@burntune.com and must contain the reason for refund attached with all relevant documents. Based on validity of the request, all necessary completion of necessary refund formalities, and the sole discretion of the Burntune, refund shall be processed within 2 weeks from the date of the approval of the refund application from the concerned User/Student.

  • Time window to apply for a refund - A User/Student can choose to withdraw their enrolment and claim for a refund within 30 days from the day of enrolment to a particular course.



  • Formalities necessary for a valid refund -
     
    1. The User/Student should progress in at least 50% of the sections of a particular course before requesting a refund and should be capable of and/or show proof of being able to attempt and/or having attempted any given assignment in those sections.

    2.The User/Students involved in a LIVE Mentorship programme with the community should at least have evidence of undertaking 50% of the given tasks or refund claims are invalid due to lack of student initiative and participation.
     
    3.The User/Student should attend a strategy session to explain or validate what is not working for them in the course/program in a responsible and polite manner, in violation of which he/she maybe expelled for unparliamentary behaviour.



  • Exceptional Refund beyond 30 Days of Subscription - Beyond 30 days from the day of enrollment/purchase of the course, the application for a refund shall not be accepted at all unless there is an exceptional happening or occurrence which will be considered by Burntune on a case-to-case basis.


  • Discontinuation of a Course by Burntune - If Burntune cancels or discontinues a course or program stated in the list of offers, we will refund all funds or monies paid for that course or program to the User/Student.


Changes

Burntune may update or amend this Policy at any time, with or without advance notice.

In the event there are significant changes in the way Burntune changes this Policy or the way it treats User's personally identifiable information, Burntune will display a notice on the Platform or send Users an email.

Should You have any concern or reject the changes in the privacy policy You can refuse to accept the amendments and opt for withdrawing Your Personal Information by writing to us at info@burntune.com
